Dr. Ruth Livingston is an award-winning educator with over 20 years of experience in communication training. She holds master’s degrees in Education and Communication, a Ph.D. in Professional Education, and certification as a Listening Expert by the International Listening Association.

Author of Advanced Public Speaking: Dynamics and Techniques, Dr. Livingston has taught and trained professionals across healthcare, business, and nonprofit sectors. She was honored by the Tennessee Communication Association as Tennessee Communicator of the Year in 2016 and received the Dorotha Spirit Award in 2024 for her ongoing contributions to the field.
