An acquaintance put me in touch with Ruth through her role as a professor in communication at Northeast State Community College. This was one of the better employees supports that we created. We contracted with Ruth for several services. She came to the agency and did group classes on effective communication. Group classes were followed by meetings with staff at supported living homes, particularly those that were experiencing a lack of teamwork.

Ruth was highly successful in not only helping DSPs acquire new skills but also helping management identify underlying causes of tension and seeking positive solutions.

We have utilized the services of Dr. Livingston with the majority of our Direct Support Professionals and every member of our management group.
